And Thanksgiving Comes Early!

Since next week is a short week at school, we decided to do the Thanksgiving menu this week. The star items are Tofurky and homemade Pumpkin Anadama rolls. This lunch has been as much of a hit as the others–we are on a roll (no pun intended)!

Of course, I need to figure out what we’ll be having for our family Thanksgiving menu. Tofurky is no longer an option for me because of the gluten, but we’ve been trying other things in recent years anyway. Some quality time with the cookbooks will help me figure it out!
